A Clash of Kings (A Song of Ice and Fire #2) by George R.R. Martin

(Click the link for more info.)

Review:
I love the character, Arya Stark; she is so feisty. I see that she have change a lot through her journey, from good to worse. No matter how much she really want to go home, she still keep surviving until she heard about Winterfell and her little brothers. She heard from the man who took over the castle saying that Winterfell was already token by the Greyjoy, but she doesn’t know about that and her little brothers is dead. She was lost for words, she just doesn’t know what to do, but the only thing she can do is keep on surviving.
I don’t about this character, Sansa. On Book #1, all she cares about is Joffery and want to marry him and so on. But in this book, it is different, like you see another side of her. Sansa doesn’t want to marry Joffery for he is the king. He had tortured her and embarrasses her in front of all those people who had witnessed some of the action. I understand that Sansa would rather be at home in Winterfell then in King’s Landing. She has to do what she command and be the stupid girl to Joffery and his mother Cersei. She really wants to go home and be with her family in Winterfell so desperately, but it is hard for her to go through this and accept the hard path. Sansa really want Joffery dead, because what he has done to her.
Tyrion is a smart Lannister. I like him better out of all the Lannister, because the other Lannister are for freaking awful and cold-hearted. He would do anything to protect Shae no matter what and also he know he is playing his sister, Cersei, game.
I really adore Bran Stark, he is also my favorite character. I think is kind of cool that he is some kind of warg, if I spell that correctly. Him and his direwolf, Summer, are really connected.
I love Jon Stark, he is one of my favorite character and love his direwolf as well. Jon are similar to Bran, because they both have dream along with their direwolf. Ghost is really something. I don’t mind having him as my pet.
Catelyn is in a bad shape with her life. Her life is falling apart; all she ever wanted was her family back together in her arms. She really misses her late husband Ned Stark who was beheaded by King Joffery the asshole.
I don’t know much about Davos, his character is kind of okay but when you read his point of view you will understand why he don’t like the Red Lady and why he sometime fear Stannis.
I love Danys, she have change a lot and starting to become more as a woman for her people. She knows what she wants and doesn’t want. She doesn’t take anything for a fool. Her dragons will protect no matter what happen to her.

Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin

(Click the picture for more info.)

Review:
I have always read this book and finally I did for my class. My class is all about Game of Thrones's philosophy stuff. I am not much a philosophy person, but I took it anyway. The class was kinda okay, but I like to read my book to know what happen and stuff. I'm kinda behind with my class but I will catch up with my reading.
This book have so many details then the tv show. I finish watching season 1 along with this book to see if some of it similar and some of it are and other aren't. My favorite 3 character from this book would have to be Arya Stark, Jon Snow, and Danys the Mother of Dragons.
Arya Stark is more of like a tomboy, she want to do what man can do instead of woman. Because to her what women do is boring, all they do is act all ladylike, sew, and so on. Arya want to learn to fight with her Needle, which she got a gift hrom her bastard brother Jon Snow. She rather not called him bastard but a brother. Them two have so much on common and they're both alike.
Jon Snow, in my opinion is so handsome. I jus love his character in this book. He is not immature, he is kind of more likely wise. He know what right from wrong, and he really care about his brothers and sisters, especially his sister Arya. Them two can really connected a lot. Jon hate when someone called him bastard, because of his father Ned Stark. But he got use to it all thank to Tyrion Lannister the Imp.
I love Danys, she is like so amazing and yet so young. I like reading her story, because she show as a strong woman not a weak woman. She keep getting stronger almost everyday no matter what is happening to her. The only person that I really hate was her brother, touching her body and stuff which is not appropriate. I feel like I want to punch this guy in the face but lucky Danys finally did it. She finally stand up for herself and let her late husband kill him with a hot molten gold for a crown on his head. That part was so surreal and crazy at the same time.I'm just proud that this character prove everyone that women are not weal, they are strong and can do anything that they put their mind into it.

The Summons: A Goblin King Prequel by Shona Husk

(Click the picture for more info.)

Review:
This prequel is not bad at all, but I want to know more along this story. I can't imagine that I summon the King Goblin if my life were in danger. Eliza summoned Roan, who is the Goblin King, to take her away from there. The way Eliza describe him saying that he is hot, I would rather see that myself.

Fifty Shades of Grey by E. L. James

Review:
I borrow this book from my college friend and i have her other 2 series. Boy oh boy. This book is really good in some kind of dirty way. I didn't expect this book would be so much sex. I like Ana, she is a good character, she want to fall in love with this guy name Christian who is a bad ass. But this Christian guy is not bad looking the way the author describe him. I have never met anyone who have a grey eyes and who is all about the BDSM. That a huge no no for me. The ending was a little confusing, but stupid at the same time. I mean I don't understand why Christian won't love her, it is obvious that some people who have witness them two and know they're in madly in love. Why Christian can't keep his eyes off her? Why saying that this have never have to him before and she is the first? Why tell Ana that she put some kind of spells? Earth to Christian, you still have feeling for Ana and you just don't want to admit it. The only thing I am still waiting is the movie. I have got to see this movie and see if is compare to the book I just finish read. I hope the movie is good as the book is.

The Tale of the Body Thief by Anne Rice

(Click the picture for more info.)

Review:
This 4th book is different thenI expected. I didn't expect my Vampire Lestat could be so evil at the end. It is kind of weird that Lestat were in different body and he have to find the Body Thief with a help from his friend. I thought this is what Lestat wanted of become a human, but no he seeing a bigger picture. He doesn't miss being human, he miss being his old devil self. I was kind of not surprise that Louis turn Vampire Lestat down, that he refused to help him while he was mortal. Good thing one of his mortal friend didn't turn him down, without him he would be stuck as a mortal.

The Queen of the Damed by Anne Rice

(Click the picture for more info.)

Review: Wow! What can I said about this book, beside that I love it. But this book is not like exactly from the movie that I seen. I really like this book and I have always adore Lestat. I have never expect the red hair twins have so much anger in themselves. Because Queen Akasha have made their life a living hell. Jesse is amazing person but she just want to know so bad in her own way. Like she trying to figure out the puzzle and what was the connection. I'm not shocked that Jesse kissed Lestat at the concert and tasted his blood from his sweat. To be honest, I think is weird that vampire sweat are only blood. I know their tears is in blood, but never the sweat. I understand that Lestat seem to have feeling for the Queen, but he is going have to learn to let it go. Maybe later on he will meet someone special in his life, even though he such a little devil.

Sorry no Book trailer.

Review:
Just finish this book last night. I have to said it is not pretty bad. I thought it was going to be boring and not good. But I got interested in it, just wanting to know what happen next. I can't wait to read the next book to know more. I would have to said that my favorite character would be Halt, because I think the Ranger kind of sound cool and badazz.

The Immortal Rules (Blood of Eden #1) by Julie Kagawa

(Click the picture for more info.)

Review
Wow! What can I said about this book. This book is amazing and I love every pages of it. I keep reading til I know what happen next. I have to said that Allison is my favorite character, I like her attitude. She sound so bad azz and I would love to meet her in person if she were real. I would defiantly chose katana as my weapon, but I prefer two katana which is would be so much easier. When I got to the end where the part where she knew she have to leave Zeke and never come back, I kind of almost cried. Allison would do anything to save those humans no matter how long she tried. I can not wait to read the next book, and know what happen next. Just too exciting. :)

Crazy Love by Amir Abrams

(Click the picture for more info.)

Review:
This book is too crazy for me to even read. I mean come on a girl so obsessed with her boyfriend and she just doesn't know it. No offense, if that was me I would just think of myself first. This book is really and crazy with drama. I can't imagine myself to be that girl, arguing with her mother and stuff. Well, my mother and don't argue 24/7 like she and mother do. I'm too polite and sometime I always got to do what I am supposed to do. I feel like I want to tell this girl, "Yo, girl. Snap out of it and come back to reality." That what I would have told her if I were here friend. But still this book is really good and crazy at the same time.

(Can't find any picture of him and there no book trailer.)

I Am J by Cris Beam

(Click the picture for more info.)

Review:
Wow, this book just amazing. I have never knew it was just open my eyes as I read word to words along this book. I can't imagine that this is how they would feel about themselves and how other just bully them. If I met J, I would be friend with him and just to get to know him for he really is. Let me go back to the beginning when I first started reading this book. At first, I was a little confused, because J called himself a boy and every words have a he instead of she (some she). And that when I knew that I understood what is what happening once I keep on reading it. J was born a girl but he a man. It happen to some people and I have never met one in my life before. I have no disrespect to GLBT. I respect them, because they are human being like us. I really enjoy reading this book so far.

Vampire Academy (Vampire Academy #1) by Richelle Mead

(Click the picture for more info.)

Review:
My best friend from college suggest I should read this book. She know how much I love vampire. At first, I thought this book was boring. But when I keep on start reading it for 2 days. That when I knew this was going to happen, I blame it on my best friend. She make me want to get the another series of the book. This book is really amazing and kick azz. I really like Rose and her character, she bad azz. I knew this guy Dimitri would have feeling for her, when I text message my best friend. She wouldn't even freaking tell me, she told me I have to find out myself. It is official, I was freaking correct. And I read a part when Rose was trying to think it through, like who put all these dead animals to scare off her best friend. I ask myself maybe is that no good cousin of her, Natalie. I knew there wasn't right about her, but I never her father would be part of this. That part shocked me, but I kind of knew from the beginning that the uncle have a disease and need a cure. That when it hit me that Lissi have healing power, but I didn't knew he would go that far. I like this Christina guy, whatever if I didn't spell any of the characters name right, he sound too good to be true. I would keep him to myself and never let him go. I really enjoy this book and can't wait to read the next one. Oh before I forget, I'm hearing rumor about this book turning into a movie. But the bad news is you're going have to wait til next year on February 14, 2014. If you don't believe me I suggest you click this link: http://moviepilot.com/movies/609357-vampire-academy-blood-sisters--939380

The Vampire Defanged: How the Embodiment of Evil Became a Romantic Hero by Susannah Clements

(Click the picture for more info.)

Review:
This book is pretty interesting. At first I thought this book was a story, but I was wrong it was not. As much as I love Vampire, so I give this book a chance to read it. I was happy that I found some books, shows, and movies that I never heard of it, which I put that on my To Do List. I don't know why I'm so interested in vampire and lycan (werewolf). I don't used the word werewolf anymore, because lycan is better for me to say it. The reason why I call lycan is because of the movie called Underworld. I remember when I said "Lycan", to my friend. Some would have the weird expression and have no idea what a lycan. FYI: If you don't know what a lycan is, I suggest you watch Underworld movie or look it up on the internet. If you're the person who like to read about fact or religion. This book kind of telling you that you need to read deeply and soon you will understand.

Dreamland Social Club by Tara Altebrando

(Click the picture for more info.)

Review:
This book is pretty interesting and not bad. Sometime I wonder what is like to meet a person who a freak in circus or whatever. When I said "freak", I mean like a person you have never seen before. A person you doesn't look like normal people. To me I wouldn't care and I wouldn't call them freak. They are human being just like us even though some have weird things in their life, but it is pretty interesting once you get to know them. The only thing I would to do is go to the circus, I have never been to the circus before in my life and that is the truth. There are some character that are pretty interesting in their own ways and I would so love to meet Leo aka Tattoo Boy. He sound cute to me in this book. :)

Keeping the Moon by Sarah Dessen

(Click the picture for more info.)

Review:
Wow! What can I said about this book? The only thing that I can said is I freaking effing love it. I feel like I can related to this book or the character. I think Colie is my favorite character, which is the character that I can related, because she let nothing stand in her way. Even though she some weight and stay fit because someone called her she fat, a slut, and so on. All these years she keep it to herself and finally told Norman about it that she never told anyone else. I knew I like Norman when I start reading this book and I knew that maybe he like her as well. Norman is really a nice guy and made Colie's life more peaceful. Sarah Dessen still did it again. Where is she when you still need her? This book really amazed me and make me want to reach for my goal no matter what.

That Summer by Sarah Dessen

(Click the picture for more info.)

Review:
Sarah Dessen done it again. She is like my favorite authors ever since I pick her books and start reading it. This book is really amazing and kind of shocking that I could hardly believe while I was reading it. For a second there I thought maybe Sumner was a nice guy, but I knew he was too good to be true. Haven have got to be one of my favorite character, of course she is the lead character in the book. But Haven is amazing, I was shocked when she threw that ugly shoes at the lady who was being rude to her and threw the shoes at her head. I didn't know Haven was going actually do that. She really have changed a lot, because so many pressure on shoulders. I wondering what ever happen to Gwendolyn if I spell correctly. What happen to her after she bump into Haven in the middle of the bad weather? I really want to meet this author who wrote this book and other books as well. I miss it, because she was in my hometown in Memphis at The Booksellers At Laurelwood while I was in college. I wasn't happy, but soon one day I will get my chance to meet her.

Sarah Dessen the amazing author!
