This is where I am right now.
I only been drinking water. I am way addicted to water, which I don't know why but I do know it good for your body. I've been a big girl since elementary to high school. Now I'm in college, it is time for me to change and be healthy for once in my life. It is my body and I do want to live, not die shortly. I understand some people think they can't do it just because they're overweight. The reason they're overweight is either they're depressed, the food take so good, stress, etc. There are many that you can name it. If they want to lose weight or not, that their decision, not your. If you're at a young age and you're overweight, you should get this weight off of you quickly as long as you exercise and eat right. But it doesn't hurt eating junk food. Just eat one junk food for one month and you should be fine. I haven't eat any junk food lately, there are some food that I'm dying to taste again and I want it so bad, but I got to watch what I eat. Once I accomplish my goal to losing weight, I always want my body to look like Aaliyah or Left Eye (may both rest in peace) and sometime Shakira. I want those abs and dance like those 3 beautiful woman, and there are some clothes that I like even though it doesn't have my size or fit on me. But I'm not going to let it stop me, I only do it for me and for my health.
Aaliyah is amazing. I love her tomboy/girly girl style.
Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes is the amazing rapper. Her style is tomboy/girly girl, but also she got some wicked style that she can pull off.
Shakira got the body, she move her hip from side to side.
Of course my body are not going to look like them, it going to be my own body that I love. Well, enjoy your day and remember have fun, eat healthy, exercise. :)
